In just an hour it won't be possible to train you to take in many 100s of words per minute. However, we can give you tips to help you cut out unnecessary reading, help identify areas of texts that will require more careful attention, plus give you some exercises to go away and practise if you are keen to increase the number of words you can absorb in a single 'visual gulp'!
