Â鶹ËÞÉáµçÊÓ¾çCollege Gardens
The College gardens are a source of pride at Wolfson, thanks to Head Gardener Oscar Holgate and his team.
The team are always keen to share their knowledge of the gardens and how the planting has developed over the years.
We are fortunate that, although most of the buildings are relatively new, the site is well established, and much of the land now occupied by the College was laid out as gardens belonging to houses in Selwyn Gardens and Barton Road in the first half of the twentieth century. As the College has grown, certain landmark trees, such as the mulberry outside the Porters' lodge, the Judas tree in the front court and the magnificent redwoods outside Fuchs House have been retained as features alongside the new planting.
As well as bringing you news of tours and seasonal highlights to watch out for, these pages offer a gallery of seasonal photographs showing some of the best views of the site at different times of year.
