WES was relaunched in the 2023-24 academic year in conjunction with the creation of the Entrepreneurship Hub. This forms a global network of students, alumni and Fellows to explore entrepreneurship in the broadest sense.

This interpretation of entrepreneurship encompasses:

Venturing - taking an idea to market, creating a novel way to create value for a user/customer, creating an investable organisation

Social entrepreneurship - founding an organisation to address a social or environmental problem

Cultural entrepreneurship - founding an initiative around art and culture) and

Entrepreneurial skills - transferring to other arenas in business and society.

The programme will include workshops, speaker events, mentoring, networking opportunities and the annual Â鶹ËÞÉáµçÊÓ¾çEnterprise Competition. The aim is to demystify entrepreneurship and make it a natural career choice for Â鶹ËÞÉáµçÊÓ¾çstudents and alumni.

For more information about the programme, or to suggest a topic or speaker, contact entrepreneur@wolfson.cam.ac.uk.
